Amazon purchased WeWork’s flagship Lord & Taylor Building on Fifth Avenue in Manhattan for $1.15 Billion. WeWork had recently purchased the property for $850 million last year. Amazon will add 4,000 jobs in the ten story, 660,000 square foot building which is in addition to Amazon’s 335,000 square foot offices in the Hudson Yards district of Manhattan.
