MIAMI (September 30, 2020) –Blue Box Real Estate signed a new lease of 39,971 square feet at 5875 NW 163rd Street in Miami Lakes, Florida. Southeastern College will expand and relocate their campus currently at 17395 NW 59th Avenue in Miami Lakes to 5875 NW 163rd Street where they will join key tenants Lufthansa, NSI Insurance, Logistic Care Solutions, and Miami Lakes Center, LLC.

“There were a limited number of buildings in the designated area that could accommodate Southeastern College, primarily due to the extra parking requirement. They had outgrown their space in another building in Miami Lakes, and this building was close by, met the parking needs and had good access to the highway network,” stated Michael Scarpino, CCIM who represented the Southeastern College. “Their student base does not have far to go to the new location. The other deciding factor was the space had been previously occupied by a school, and therefore required only minor reconfiguration. All in all, it was a good fit.”
