Lockdowns return in key midwestern states across the U.S. despite the continued questions on the efficacy of lockdowns to combat COVID-19. Indoor dining is prohibited at restaurants and bars, but outside seating is approved. With average temperatures in Chicago for December ranging from 22 to 36 degrees, the new orders basically will shut down the restaurant industry once again. Retail establishments are permitted 25% capacity as we head into the holiday season.
